Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable, a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), has renewed its integrated media mandate with WPP Media, extending a partnership that has contributed to the company’s growth over the years. As part of the renewed agreement, WPP Media will continue to handle integrated media planning and buying for the brand. The mandate has been extended for four years, through 2030, further reinforcing the long-standing relationship and WPP Media’s position as a strategic media partner in Mother Dairy’s growth plans.
Under the renewed mandate, the focus will be on strengthening brand narratives while delivering measurable business results through an integrated strategy that combines brand-building initiatives with performance-driven media approaches. The objective is to engage a broad spectrum of consumers during key, high-impact moments and at scale.
The partnership between the two organisations began with WPP Media managing Mother Dairy’s digital mandate. Following positive results, the scope of work was expanded in April 2018 to include mainline media as well. Built on sustained business performance and collaborative planning, the latest renewal further cements the relationship and reflects WPP Media’s continued role in supporting Mother Dairy’s long-term growth agenda.
Going forward, WPP Media will continue to align media strategies with important consumption occasions and consumer moments, bringing together content, consumer experiences and media investments in a cohesive manner.
By leveraging advanced audience intelligence and data-driven insights, the agency aims to enhance media effectiveness in the increasingly competitive dairy and food categories while supporting Mother Dairy’s expansion across the country through insight-led solutions at every consumer touchpoint.
Jayatheertha Chary, Managing Director, Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable, said, “We are pleased to continue our long-standing association with WPP Media, a partnership that has played an important role in strengthening our connection with consumers over the years. As consumer journeys continue to evolve, we look forward to leveraging deeper insights, innovation and data-led capabilities to build more meaningful engagement, strengthen brand affinity, and connect with new consumers as we drive the next phase of growth for our brands.”
Navin Khemka, President, Client Solutions, WPP Media South Asia, said, “This extension reflects a relationship built on shared ambition, trust, and consistent delivery. As India’s consumer and media landscapes evolve rapidly, we remain focused on connecting Mother Dairy’s rich heritage with modern, data-driven storytelling, deepening audience connection, driving brand love, and accelerating growth across all business verticals.”
