Bidisha Nagaraj has stepped down from her role as Global Vice President, Marketing – Home and Distribution at Schneider Electric, concluding nearly a decade-long stint with the company. She took to LinkedIn to announce the update.
Nagaraj joined Schneider Electric in December 2016 as Vice President, Marketing India, a position she held until June 2022. She was subsequently elevated to the role of Global Vice President, Marketing – Home and Distribution in June 2022, where she served until June 2026, leading global marketing initiatives for the business.
Prior to Schneider Electric, Nagaraj served as Group President, Marketing at Coffee Day Group from November 2014 to November 2016. Before that, she worked as a Senior Marketing Advisor to early- and mid-stage startups between February 2010 and October 2014.
Her earlier stint at the Coffee Day Group included serving as President, Marketing at Cafe Coffee Day from March 2008 to November 2009.
Nagaraj also held leadership roles in the technology sector, including a brief tenure at Google as Head, Consumer Marketing from March 2007 to February 2008.
Before Google, she spent over seven years at Intel Technologies India, where she held multiple positions: Consumer Marketing Manager from July 1999 to August 2003, APAC Retail Marketing Manager from September 2003 to July 2005, and Strategic Marketing Director – Emerging Markets from August 2005 to November 2006.
She began her corporate marketing career at Compaq, serving as Marketing Services Manager from June 1997 to June 1999, after an agency stint at Lintas, where she worked as Account Director from April 1990 to January 1996.
