P&G Hygiene and Health Care has appointed Srividya Srinivasan as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2026, following approval by the company’s Board of Directors. The appointment has come as Gaurav Bhartia has ceased to serve as Chief Financial Officer from June 30, 2026 due to a change in assignment within P&G.
The company has also approved the re-designation of Ghanashyam Hegde as Non-Executive Director with effect from July 1, 2026. Hegde has ceased to be Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from June 30, 2026 as he has moved to a regional role within P&G.
Srividya Srinivasan has been appointed for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming 62nd Annual General Meeting.
Srinivasan has held various finance roles during her 20-year career at P&G since joining the company in 2005. She has worked across multiple businesses and markets, including the United States, Latin America and the Philippines.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Anna University, Coimbatore, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
According to the company, Hegde has taken up the role of Vice President and Associate General Counsel – Market Operations, India, Middle East, Turkey and Africa, effective July 1, 2026.
