Trilegal has appointed Sandeep Ghosh as its first Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking a significant leadership milestone as the firm enters its next phase of growth and transformation.
The move comes as Trilegal looks to strengthen its leadership structure amid evolving client expectations, rapid advancements in technology and AI, and increasing complexity across the legal services landscape. The firm said the appointment reflects its focus on building a more integrated, future-ready organisation equipped for long-term growth, innovation and operational scale.
While Trilegal will continue to be led by its partnership, with the Management Committee and Board overseeing strategy and governance, Ghosh will lead the execution of the firm’s strategic priorities. His mandate includes driving alignment across practices and offices, deepening client relationships, and supporting innovation-led growth initiatives.
Ghosh brings more than three decades of leadership experience spanning banking, financial services, consumer and advisory sectors. Most recently, he served as Group Country Manager, India and South Asia at Visa. Over the course of his career, he has also held senior leadership roles at EY, AXA, ANZ and Citi, where he led large-scale transformation and business growth initiatives across multiple markets.
