Indel Money has appointed Vinod Panicker as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective April 29, 2026.
In his new role, Panicker has taken charge of the company’s financial strategy, capital management, and governance framework. He has also been tasked with supporting the company’s expansion plans.
Panicker has brought over 38 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, with exposure across non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), media and entertainment, and FMCG sectors.
He has handled financial operations including fund-raising, business restructuring, financial strategy, audit, internal controls, and governance frameworks. He has also worked with boards, investors, lenders, rating agencies, and regulators.
