Bianca Guimaraes, Founding Partner and Executive Creative Director at Mischief USA, has been appointed Jury Chair of ABBY Awards 2026 powered by The One Club/The One Show in the Still Digital category.
She has been associated with creative work across global brands and has contributed to the growth of Mischief USA, which has been recognised as an independent agency of the year by industry bodies including Ad Age, Adweek, Campaign US and Effies.
Her work has received over 100 international awards, including an Emmy, within a span of three years. She has previously worked with BBDO New York for six years and has been recognised as Shots Rising Star in 2017 and Next Creative Leader by The One Show in 2016.
Mischief USA has also been ranked as the number one most effective independent agency globally by WARC.
Guimaraes has built and led creative teams while also advocating for diversity and representation within the advertising industry.
