Neha Gour has been elevated to the role of AVP – Planning at PHD, marking the next step in her progression at the agency. Neha Gour has been associated with PHD since November 2022, most recently serving as General Manager, where she has been based in Gurugram.

At PHD, Gour has worked across media strategy, planning and client management, contributing to integrated media solutions and leading teams across assignments. Her responsibilities have spanned media planning, analytics, stakeholder management and execution across platforms.
Prior to joining PHD, Gour was Deputy Manager – Marketing at McDonald’s India – North and East between June 2021 and November 2022, where she handled digital strategy, social communications, website and app management, and worked on translating digital investments into business outcomes.
Before that, she spent over two years at Havas as Group Head from March 2019 to May 2021, working with clients including Sleepwell, Swarovski, OYO, Boult Audio, Tinder and LG. Her role involved digital planning, pitch strategy, growth planning and campaign execution.
Gour also worked at Wavemaker as Manager – Digital from September 2017 to February 2019, handling digital strategy and media planning for brands such as Hero MotoCorp, while assisting on accounts including Pernod Ricard, Nokia, Somany Ceramics and OLX.
Earlier in her career, she spent close to three years at Vdopia, between February 2015 and September 2017, initially as Senior Executive and later as Assistant Manager – Media Operations, focusing on programmatic planning, media buying, campaign execution and reporting.
She began her career at SMG Convonix, where she worked from September 2012 to February 2015, first as an Analyst and later as Team Coordinator, gaining experience across search marketing, analytics, campaign optimisation and account management.
