Carrefour India has appointed Amritraj Kaur as Head of Marketing, where she has taken charge of leading the brand’s marketing strategy, customer growth initiatives, CRM, digital marketing, loyalty, and integrated campaigns.
Kaur has confirmed the development through a LinkedIn update, where she has shared that she is beginning a new chapter with Carrefour India.
Prior to joining Carrefour India, Kaur has built an extensive career across retail, FMCG, and wholesale marketing. She has served as Chief Business Officer at BnC Foods (From The House of Chalu) from March 2025 to May 2025, based in Noida. Before that, she has worked at LOTS Wholesale Solutions in Gurugram for over three years, holding the role of Head of Marketing & CRM from April 2024 to February 2025 and General Manager – Customer and Product Marketing from August 2021 to March 2024. Earlier, she has been Senior Manager – Brand Marketing at Best Price Flipkart Wholesale from January 2021 to August 2021, and Sr. Manager – Marketing at Walmart from September 2018 to January 2021.
Her earlier career includes marketing leadership roles at Future Group India from November 2015 to September 2018, where she has overseen marketing for multiple Big Bazaar and fbb stores across Uttar Pradesh, and at AMIRA Pure Foods from December 2009 to November 2015, where she has progressed from Assistant Marketing Manager to Marketing Manager, leading brand launches, global food expo representation, co-branding campaigns, and ATL/BTL initiatives. She has also worked at Spencer’s from June 2008 to May 2009 as Assistant Manager – Marketing and began her career as a Management Trainee in June 2008.
Across roles, she has built deep expertise in brand management, retail marketing, CRM, customer experience, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategy.
