Raymond Lifestyle Ltd has appointed Satyaki Ghosh as its Chief Executive Officer as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen the organisation for its next phase of growth. The company has made the appointment amid its broader transformation initiatives aimed at scaling its lifestyle business.
Ghosh has joined Raymond Lifestyle Ltd from the Aditya Birla Group, where he has most recently served as Chief Executive Officer – Cellulosic Fashion Yarn at Grasim Industries. In that role, he has led a manufacturing-led business with a focus on operations, sustainability and profitability, as per the company’s announcement.
Prior to this, Ghosh has served as Chief Executive Officer – Domestic Textiles at the Aditya Birla Group and has also headed the Thai Acrylic Fibre business, overseeing multi-country operations and global manufacturing units. Across his career spanning over 25 years, he has worked across FMCG, textiles, retail and consumer businesses in both B2B and B2C environments.
Earlier in his career, Ghosh has spent over seven years at L’Oréal India, where he has held senior leadership roles including Director – Consumer Products Division, managing brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Garnier and Maybelline.
