Harjyot Singh Arora has started a new role as Head – Media, Digital and Investments at PepsiCo. In this position, he has taken charge of leading the company’s media strategy, digital initiatives and investment planning, with a focus on strengthening integrated media capabilities, data-led decision-making and long-term value creation across markets.
Arora has shared the career update on LinkedIn, where he has announced his new role and transition within the organisation.
Prior to this appointment, Arora has spent over six years at PepsiCo across multiple leadership roles. He has most recently served as Sector Lead – Media, Data and Commerce Capabilities from June 2022 to December 2025. Alongside this, he has also held the role of Category Lead – Flavour CSD from November 2023 to March 2025. He took on the role of Head – Media, Digital and Investments in January 2026.
Before joining PepsiCo, Arora has worked at Kansai Nerolac Paints, where he has served as Lead – Brand Strategy and Media from June 2019 to November 2019, and earlier as Lead – Brand and Media from December 2017 to June 2019, handling brand strategy, media planning and partnerships. He has previously been associated with the Mahindra Group as Marketing Manager from January 2016 to December 2017.
Earlier in his career, Arora has worked with Starcom MediaVest Group as Assistant Manager – Media from September 2014 to October 2015, and with Allanasons (London Dairy Ice Creams) as Brand Executive from August 2012 to September 2014.
Across roles spanning over 13 years, he has built experience in media strategy, brand management, digital transformation and category leadership across FMCG, automotive and consumer sectors.
