Kushagra Dwivedi has been promoted to Director – Flipkart Ads at Flipkart. In his new role, he has been leading the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) charter across three marketplaces- BGM Flipkart National, Flipkart Grocery, and Flipkart Minutes.
The development has been shared by Dwivedi through an update on his LinkedIn profile.
Prior to this elevation, he was serving as Associate Director – Flipkart Ads, where he contributed to scaling revenues and driving marketplace growth.
Dwivedi has built a career spanning over a decade across marketing, category management, and digital commerce. At Flipkart, he has been associated since July 2023, first as Associate Director- Flipkart Ads until September 2025. He has now stepped into the role of Director- Flipkart Ads from September.
Before joining Flipkart, he served as Category Head- Doctor Consultation at Apollo 24|7 between September 2022 and July 2023 in Gurugram. Prior to that, he worked with Blinkit as Director- Personal Care from April 2022 to September 2022.
Dwivedi also spent over six years with Airtel in various leadership roles across geographies. He was National Acquisitions Head – Homes Broadband between September 2021 and April 2022, Head of D2C Marketing for the Delhi NCR circle from July 2020 to October 2021, and Head of Enterprise Marketing for the same circle between August 2018 and June 2020. He began his Airtel journey as Product Manager in the Kerala circle, first for Prepaid from March 2016 to August 2017, and then for both Prepaid and Postpaid from September 2017 to July 2018.
Earlier, he held the role of Area Sales Manager at AppsDaily Solutions in Rajasthan from June 2014 to February 2016.
