Genpact, an advanced technology services and solutions company, has announced a global rebrand reflecting its shift toward agentic AI and process intelligence. The rebrand was marked by the ringing of the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange.
Earlier this year, at its 2025 Investor Day, Genpact introduced GenpactNext, a growth model and framework designed to support the company’s move into advanced technologies. This framework focuses on AI solutions that can autonomously manage complex business processes, enabling clients to operate more efficiently and responsively.
As part of the rebrand, Genpact launched its new tagline – ‘on it’ – to represent the company’s approach to delivering outcomes and supporting clients in a fast-moving business environment.
