Ahuja has been elevated to Director- Growth, JAPAC at Spotify, effective September 2025. In her new role, she will lead growth across Japan, Korea, Australia, and Southeast Asia, focusing on the organic expansion of both Free and Premium user bases.

Ahuja previously served as Director, Head of Marketing- India at Spotify from January 2019, as per her linkedin, where she led marketing efforts to build a culturally resonant consumer experience and scale the brand in the Indian market. She was part of the founding team that launched Spotify in India and helped grow it to a leadership position within four years.
Before Spotify, Ahuja was Vice President- Marketing and Partnerships at Vodafone from April 2017 to January 2019, and earlier served as General Manager- Brand Communication, Digital, and Activation from July 2015 to April 2017.
She began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she held various marketing roles for around 13 years from 2010 to 2015, including Marketing Manager Oral Care and Country Manage – Professional and Influencer Marketing from June 2010 to March 2013.
