Procter & Gamble has named Shailesh Jejurikar as its next President and Chief Executive Officer, effective beginning January 2026. He will succeed Jon Moeller, who transitions to the role of Executive Chairman.

Jejurikar has been serving as Chief Operating Officer at P&G since October 2021, overseeing Enterprise Markets including Latin America, India, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe, alongside global functions like IT, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and New Business.
He has simultaneously led P&G’s largest business unit as CEO of Fabric & Home Care since July 2019, managing iconic brands such as Tide, Ariel, Downy, Gain, and Febreze. He is also the Executive Sponsor for Global Sustainability at the company.
Jejurikar spent 30 years at P&G from 1989 to 2019 in senior roles across Health Care, Fabric Care, and Beauty Care in North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. He began his career with the company in India as an Assistant Brand Manager.
In addition to his executive roles, Jejurikar has been a board member at Otis Elevator Co. since April 2020.
