Anisha Baghudana has joined InMobi as Director of Marketing for the Asia-Pacific region. She brings over 13 years of experience across global consumer and lifestyle brands. Most recently, she was Director, eCommerce APAC – D2C Marketplaces Strategy at Adidas from August 2021 to March 2023, where she led platform strategy and key account management for digital marketplaces.
Earlier, she spent three years at Hasbro from 2018 to 2021, where she managed integrated media and e-commerce marketing across Southeast Asia, India, and MENA. From 2016 to 2018, she served as Regional Marketing Manager, APAC at Crocs, overseeing brand strategy and go-to-market execution in markets including Japan, China, South Korea, and Australia.
She began her career at Procter & Gamble in 2012, spending over three years in regional brand roles, including managing portfolios like Vicks and Anna Sui.
In 2024, she also co-founded Chain of Thought, a consultancy focused on brand-building for early-stage B2C startups. She has additionally worked as a brand consultant with YUA Labs.
Her appointment reflects InMobi’s continued focus on strengthening its leadership bench in the APAC region across digital advertising, brand strategy, and commerce.
