Good Game Group Onboards Rishabh Pant As Global Ambassador For World’s First Gaming Reality Show

The world’s first ‘as-live’ competitive gaming reality show will launch from India with Rishabh Pant as global ambassador, backed by a Rs 100 Cr annual investment. Good Game Group Inc. has signed Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant as global brand ambassador for Good Game, the world’s first ‘as-live’ global gaming reality show set to debut from India.

Blending the thrill of competitive gaming with the drama of reality TV, Good Game introduces a new genre of entertainment designed to discover the world’s first Gaming Celebrity Superstar. The company has committed up to Rs100 crore annually to build and establish the property, with the India rollout being executed in partnership with Spunnge Media.

The show will premiere in India on a leading OTT and broadcast platform, in addition to Good Game’s YouTube channel. It will also feature Indian and global watch parties across social platforms. Sponsorship and partnership opportunities are currently open for brands looking to connect with Gen Z audiences through a format that sits at the intersection of gaming, pop culture, and entertainment.

The as-live reality format means episodes are shot, edited, and released in near-real time while contestants are still filming. This ensures high cultural relevance while maintaining the polish of an edited show. The winner of the India edition will take home $100,000 in cash and prizes, and earn a spot in Good Game APAC to compete against Asia-Pacific’s best.

Contestants will be tested on gaming, content creation, entertainment, and brand-building skills—positioning them for careers beyond streaming. The show will feature top celebrity judges across gaming, sports, and entertainment verticals.

India, with over 550 million gamers and the world’s largest youth population, was the natural choice for the debut. Good Game’s long-term vision is to support creators in scaling beyond gaming into mainstream global entertainment.
