2. Facilio
Facilio is India’s top real estate property operation platform that makes use of IoT, to reduce cost and time in managing assets.
The startup provides services in the areas of property and workplace management, fault diagnostics, and enterprise BMS. It also offers solutions in data-driven portfolio operations and sustainability.
Facilio was co-founded by Prabhu Ramachandran along with two others in 2017, and it has changed the way buildings can be managed.
3. Survey Sparrow
Survey Sparrow is a conversational experience management platform.
The startup provides a gamut of offerings like NPS Software, Enterprise survey software, 360-degree assessment, offline surveys, and chatbot for websites, across various industries like healthcare, SaaS Startups, education, hospitality, and even market research.

6. Yaali Bizapp
Yaali Bizapp is a leading IT solutions provider offering CRM and ERP solutions, software and cloud application development, Salesforce and Helpdesk solutions along with web and mobile application development.
The startup was founded in 2016 by Arunkumar Neethi and is a Zoho partner
7. Azooka Life Sciences
A fluorescent dye company that creates unique and safe stains and consumables that are used in molecular diagnostics and genomics research, replacing the synthetic and highly carcinogenic Ethidium bromide and SYBR Dyes.
They use plant-based material for medical and life-sciences research and the company has won many research grants.
Its founders are Dr. Fathima Benazir and Alex Paul.
8. Brandmaxima
It is a top-notch social media intelligence and analytics platform, tracking 100 million social media channels and 8 billion worth of social media content, analyzing 750 million consumers globally every day.
Brandmaxima was founded by Vighnesh Annamalai and Karthick Annamalai in 2017.
