1. Hyundai i20 Facelift
Hyundai India has already started the testing of the new avatar of i20. The premium hatch has been captured but the arrival of Hyundai i20 Facelift is expected at Delhi Auto Expo next year. 2. Tata Nexon AMT
Tata Motors has recently launched the Nexon sub-compact SUV in the country priced at INR 5.85 lakh, the Tata Nexon is available in both petrol and diesel engine versions. With the addition of the manual gearbox, the company will launch its AMT version soon. The new models are expected to have a 1.2-litre Revotron petrol and 1.5-litre Revotorq diesel engine.
3. Honda Civic
Honda Civic was very popular among Indians but it failed to convert the popularity into sales. After not getting a good response from the consumers, Honda Discontinued this car in the year 2012. Later, a new model was introduced in the D-segment. The upcoming Honda Civic will have the latest updated and premium features. The new Honda Civic is expected to have a 1.6-litre i-DTEC diesel engine.
4. Nissan X-Trail Hybrid
The X-Trail Hybrid was expected to launch in 2017 but due to some reasons, it is now pushed to next year. The Japanese carmaker had showcased this car in the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo along with Nissan GT-R. The new Nissan X-Trail SUV will have the price around Rs 35 lakh. It will be powered by a 2.0-litre petrol engine.
5. Maruti Ertiga 2018
Maruti Suzuki India is also working to cope with the other car makers by launching new cars. After achieving success with Ertiga they are planning to launch its updated avatar in 2018. The new Ertiga MPV is being tested to before riding on Indian roads. According to the reports, the latest model of Ertiga can be seen at the upcoming Auto Expo 2018. This new car from Maruti will have a 1.5-litre diesel engine.
6. Maruti Ciaz 2018
Another Maruti car that can be seen in Indian market by the end of next year. The company is doing so to maintain its dominance in the mid-price range segment, The new Ciaz will have 1.6-litre diesel engine compared to the old 1.3-litre diesel.
7. Datsun Go-Cross
This new car from Datsun is inspired by the Go+ MPV, this particular car is getting great popularity in India due to its amazing looks. It will also have Renault Duster’s 1.5-litre K9K turbocharged diesel engine under the beautiful skin. In addition to this, the Power will be sent to the wheels by using the 5-speed manual transmission.
8. New Gen Hyundai Santro
After ruling the Indian market for over 15 years, Hyundai decided to withdraw Santro from the Indian market. Thanks to the company’s new decision to launch Santro with a completely new look. Hyundai India is working to give it a new sporty look and is also improving its performance.
