As per Hurun Global, the top 10 most valued companies globally are worth a combined total of US$10.3 trillion which is equivalent to more than the GDP of China and 20% of the total value of the Hurun Global 500.

Apple world’s most valuable company worth US$2.1 trillion, followed by Microsoft and Amazon with US$1.6tn each and Alphabet worth US$1.2tn. World’s four trillion-dollar companies added US$2.6tn in the year, equivalent to the GDP of India, to take their total value to US$6.6tn, 13% of Hurun Global 500.

The total value of Hurun Global 500 companies hit US$50tn, equivalent to the combined GDPs of the world’s six largest economies of the USA, China, Japan, Germany, India, and the UK.

1. Apple – Net Worth $2.1 Trillion

Apple Inc has become the first company to cross the $2 trillion mark globally and is the most valued company in the world.

2. Microsoft

Following Apple’s lead, Microsoft is the second most valued company in the world with a net worth of $1.6 trillion.

3. Amazon

Amazon‘s CEO Jeff Bezos was the richest billionaire in the world for quite some time. Amazon stands in third place on the Hurun list with a net worth of $1.6 trillion

4. Alphabet Inc

Alphabet Inc. was created through a restructuring of Google on October 2, 2015, and became the parent company of Google and several former Google subsidiaries. The company stands at the 4th rank with a net worth of $1.2 trillion.

5. Facebook Inc

Facebook is the 5th most valued company in the world with a net worth of $816 billion.

6. Tencent

Tencent Holdings Ltd is a Chinese multinational technology conglomerate holding company and is the 6th most valued company in the world. The company currently has the net worth of $715 billion.

7. Alibaba

Alibaba made the list on the seventh position with a net worth of $712 billion.

8. Berkshire Hathaway

Berkshire Hathaway is an American multinational conglomerate holding company headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, United States. The company has the net worth of $548 billion.

9. Tesla Inc

World’s richest billionaire Elon Musk’s Tesla Inc ranks 9th on the most valued companies in the world with a net worth of $546 Billion.

10. Visa

Visa Inc. is an American multinational financial services corporation that facilitates electronic funds transfers throughout the world, most commonly through Visa-branded credit cards, debit cards and prepaid cards. The comapany is amongst the top 10 most valued companies with a net worth of $465 billion.
