Z Media Corporation has announced the appointment of Raktimanu Das (also known as Raktim Das) as Chief Executive Officer and key managerial personnel of the company, subject to required approvals. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on 3 November 2025.
Das is described as a senior media leader with over two decades of versatile experience across brands. He excels in revenue leadership, editorial acumen, innovative monetisation and agile transformation. He has previously held senior leadership roles for more than two decades across India’s media brands including Associated Broadcasting Company (TV9 Network), Zee Entertainment Enterprises, Network18, Direct News and India Today, and The Times of India.
He has also led growth and innovation across Broadcast, Digital and OTT businesses, and is credited with initiating media IPs and branded-content practices in the industry.While at TV9 Network as Chief Growth Officer (Digital & Broadcasting), Das led teams focused on building intrapreneurial spirit, cohesion and growth.
