Warner Bros. Discovery, a global media and entertainment company, has appointed Nilesh Zaveri as Senior Vice President (VP), Chief Finance Officer (CFO), and Chief Operating Officer (COO)- APAC.
Before this, he was associated with VICE Media for more than six years in different roles. He joined the channel in January 2018 as COO, and CFO, Asia Pacific. He then served as Managing Director (MD), APAC from June 2022 to May 2024.
Previously, he was SVP, CFO, and Corporate Operations, Asia Pacific from April 2014 to December 2017 at Discovery. Prior to this, he worked as SVP, CFO, Asia Pacific at ESPN STAR Sports from July 2012 to April 2014.
Earlier, he was associated with 21st Century Fox for more than three years. He joined the Company in September 2009 as VP, Finance, Asia. From January 2011 to December 2012 Zaveri served as Head of Finance, Asia and ME.
Before this he was associated with Star TV Network for six years. Initially, he was Manager, Corporate Finance, from 2003 to 2005. Subsequently, he served as Assistant VP- Corporate Finance, Asia from September 2005 to August 2009.
In the past, he was associated with PwC as Assistant Manager, Audit and Assurance from 2000 to 2003.
