Virgin Music Group & Hungama Digital Media Join Hands To Expand Music Distribution Globally

In an attempt to expand global reach and audience connections, Virgin Music Group and Hungama Digital Media have come together to form a new synergy to leverage their strengths like that of substantial user base and regional expertise to deliver exceptional experiences to music fans worldwide.

Virgin Music Group & Hungama Digital Media Join Hands To Expand Music Distribution Globally

Virgin Music Group, one of the world’s leading partners to independent artists, labels and entrepreneurs, has entered in a strategic long-term agreement with digital entertainment company- Hungama Digital Media to expand the reach of latter’s extensive music catalogue, including SVF, Grassroute, OTV and numerous film soundtracks to markets through its global distribution network.

Through this alliance, Virgin Music Group, in turn, will tap Hungama’s substantial user base and regional expertise and deepen its presence in India’s regional music scene as well as offer both companies a unique opportunity to leverage their strengths and deliver exceptional experiences to music fans worldwide.

Furthermore, the collaboration also brings forth opportunities which would showcase undiscovered music to global audiences as well as the expansion of the channels of distribution and enhance the way music is consumed while working towards creating impact for Indian music culture in the global music landscape.
