Data Analytics Solutions Provider Trailytics Bags Cipla Health’s E-Commerce Analytics Mandate

Trailytics, one of India’s leading data analytics solutions providers, has won the e-commerce analytics mandate for Cipla Health, the consumer healthcare subsidiary of pharmaceutical major Cipla. 

Effective for the year 2025, the partnership is set to redefine the way Cipla Health leverages analytics to enhance its online presence and drive customer engagement. It is aimed at creating a seamless customer buying experience while boosting Cipla Health’s market share in the competitive healthcare domain.

Over the years, Cipla Health has consistently prioritised delivering quality products that resonate with consumers. However, with the e-commerce landscape becoming increasingly competitive, the need for advanced data analytics has never been greater.

Hence, the decision to partner with Trailytics was driven by the company’s proven track record in delivering actionable insights that boost brand performance in the digital space.

Known for its cutting-edge analytics platforms, the data analytics solutions provider will support Cipla Health in optimising its e-commerce strategies, from understanding customer behaviour to enhancing product visibility across online marketplaces. 

That being said, Cipla Health has been dealing with issues like missed opportunities in dynamic pricing, inventory optimisation, and targeted marketing, fragmented data from multiple platforms, and a lack of consumer insights over the past couple years and hence with Trailytics taking over to improve Cipla Health’s visibility throughout India, the data analytics solutions provider will be responsible for streamlining real-time data integration, providing advanced consumer segmentation, and integrating AI-driven product recommendations into action. 

This mandate would also enable Cipla Health to make educated and data-driven decisions, all leading to increased customer satisfaction and ROI.
