2. Times Hollywood Network: Give Back Her Time

Every year on Women’s Day, we are reminded of the inequality gap between men and women, and the need to bridge the same. This year, Times Network has highlighted the gap – that’s making women poor. This gap is called Time Poverty.

Simply put, Time Poverty is the shortage of time for rest and leisure once all working hours, whether spent in the paid work or doing household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and care are accounted for.

For women, cooking, cleaning and caring are daily labours of love. Women are forever losing time due to their never-ending domestic duties. She has no time left for herself or leisure, making her the victim of Time Poverty.

The women in your life spend an average of 243 minutes per day doing domestic household chores alone. This year Times Network aims to make people aware of this startling statistic and mobilize them to share the responsibilities of household chores to #GiveBackHerTime.

3. The Green Snack Co.- Eat With Confidence

When we talk about looks, women are known to be more conscious than men. But what’s worrisome is that they tend to feel terrible or guilty for what they eat or the way we look? This is because maintaining a perfect look is never that easy. With #EatWithConfidence campaign, The Green Snack Co. wants to convey that- “It’s not just about what you put in your body, it’s also about how you feel about yourself and your relationship with your food and your body, that determines the outcome.”
