Tokyo Olympics 2020: Best Ad Campaigns By Brands Celebrating Indian Athletes

With much anticipation, the Olympics 2020 have begun on 23 Jul’21 in Tokyo and will be a 16 day long mega-event. These Olympics have a huge significance as they represent the collective valor and dedication of all the countries that have been fighting the war against the pandemic for more than a year now.

While the world is closely watching the Olympians representing their respective countries, we Indians have a lot to celebrate as well. And to celebrate their hard work and dedication, many brands have launched ad campaigns to boost their spirits.

Here are some of the Best Olympic brand campaigns celebrating Indian players.

RIN

With its ad campaign, Rin celebrates Bhavani Devi’s spirit & determination who is the first Indian fencer to qualify for Tokyo 2021 Olympics.

INOX Movies

INOX Group’s Aayega India Anthem features Boxers MC Mary Kom & Vikas Krishan Yadav along with Table Tennis player Manika Batra. It honors the unflinching and unwavering pride prevalent in the hearts of billions of Indian sports fans who firmly believe that “India will arrive” at the big stage – Tokyo 2020 Olympic, says the ad campaign by the brand.

MPL

MPL celebrates Olympians Manu Bhaker, Bhavani Devi, Bajrang Punia, Deepika Kumari, and PV Sindhu with this amazing ad campaign called #FanBannJaaoge.

BPCL India

With its latest ad campaign, ‘Jeet Ka Padak – Bharat Petroleum’s Olympic Anthem for India’, Bharat Petroleum wishes best of luck to all the Olympians representing India at the Olympics this year.

ASICS

ASICS is the official apparel and footwear sponsor of the Australian Olympic Team for Tokyo 2020. ASICS believes in achieving a ‘Sound Mind in a Sound Body’, through the positive power of sport and movement. ASICS India has launched an ad campaign in support of the players representing India in the Olympics this year featuring Tiger Shroff as its brand ambassador.
