Global Travel Distribution Platform TBO.COM Collaborates With WebEngage For TBO Rewind

Similar to Spotify Wrapped, TBO.COM's TBO Rewind is a 'year-in-review' feature which leverages data-driven storytelling to give Travel Agents a retrospective summary of their activities in the past 12 months. Global Travel Distribution Platform TBO.COM Collaborates With WebEngage For TBO Rewind

TBO.COM, a global travel distribution platform has partnered with WebEngage for the rollout of TBO Rewind, a ‘year-in-review’ feature which leverages data-driven storytelling to give Travel Agents a retrospective summary of their activities in the past 12 months.

Similar to Spotify‘s Wrapped feature which demonstrated the impressive power of first-party data and drives engagement by playing into the psychology of persuasive and personalized content, TBO Rewind gives Travel Agents a glimpse of their operational highlights.

As part of the same, each agent of TBO.COM received the ‘Top Destinations Booked by Individual Bookers’ and the ‘Top Destinations in Your Country’, developed automatically based on booking history and other data.

TBO Rewind was executed and personalized at scale across 15 countries and in four languages. It was graced by over 10,000 users.

Pioneering the launch of such feature in the B2B Travel Industry, TBO.com partnered with the marketing automation company to consolidate the available data, derive insights, and enable travel agents to hyper-personalize customer engagement.
