Shipra Srivastava has been elevated to Head of Marketing at Spotify India, where she has taken on the responsibility of leading the brand’s overall marketing strategy, driving growth, strengthening brand positioning, and overseeing media, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives in the country.

Prior to this, she has spent over seven years at Spotify, most recently serving as Head of Marketing (Interim) from November 2025 to April 2026. She has also held the role of Director of Media (Media, OPM and Brand Partnerships) from December 2018 to April 2026, alongside her broader tenure as a Spotifier since December 2018 in Mumbai. Before joining Spotify, she has briefly served as Head of Marketing at BIG FM from April 2018 to August 2018 in Mumbai.
Earlier in her career, she has spent over five years at OLX Group in Gurgaon, where she has held multiple roles including Director, Marketing from January 2017 to March 2018, Senior Marketing Manager, Media from May 2015 to December 2017, and Marketing Manager from December 2012 to April 2015. She has also worked with ZenithOptimedia in Gurgaon as Media Group Head from July 2010 to December 2012 and as Media Manager between 2010 and 2011. She began her career at Mediacom, where she has worked as a Media Planner from May 2007 to July 2010.
