Sneha Bhaskar has been promoted to Marketing Director at Teads. She announced the same in a LinkedIn post.
Since July 2021, Bhaskar has led as Marketing Manager – APAC, where she oversaw Teads’ marketing communications across all brands, agencies, and partners in the region. She spearheaded initiatives that positioned Teads as a thought leader, developing media strategies, public relations campaigns, and event programs that enhanced brand visibility. She also played a crucial role in integrating data-driven marketing tactics to drive measurable growth for clients and scale Teads’ social media presence.
In January 2023, she was promoted to Senior Marketing Manager, further expanding her responsibilities to include stakeholder engagement, event oversight, and alignment of regional campaigns with global objectives.
Before joining Teads, Bhaskar worked at Accenture as a Marketing Specialist, where she was the digital custodian for the brand in India. Her strategic oversight of digital content, media planning, and campaign analytics earned her multiple accolades, including the prestigious “We Win” award for her role in the India TechVision 2020 launch.
She also spent over eight years at MediaCom, rising to the position of Business Group Head. There, she managed end-to-end digital strategy for major clients like Dell, Urban Ladder, and Saint Gobain. Her leadership in programmatic solutions and integrated communications helped deliver transformational marketing outcomes.
Her journey began at Google, where she started her career as an AdWords Specialist in Hyderabad, gaining foundational experience in digital advertising and campaign quality assurance.
