Zomato seems to have found the way of impressing Indian customers. The food delivery giant has the habit of surprising its customers with its sense of humor in marketing.
Waiting is the worst part for a food lover and Zomato probably knows this. To avoid one of its customers feel annoyed, Zomato decided to chat with him in Hindi.

It all started when Shadwal Srivastava, a Mumbai resident dropped a message to Zomato customer care in shuddh Hindi…. and surprisingly got a reply in similar language. Shadwal has shared this conversation on Twitter. I really wasn’t expecting the customer support guy at @ZomatoIN to play along with my shuddh hindi gig, he twitted along with the images.

From Shadwal’s “Delivery time me sirf dus minute shesh hai, aur ab tak delievry waale bhaiya bhojan leke nikle bhi nahi. Mujhe lagta hai aaj mai samay par bhojan grahan nahi kar paunga, “ to Zomato’s “Main aapse anurodh karna chahunga ki ek baar rstuarant se baat kariye,” this chat is really hilarious.
