Scarecrow M&C Saatchi Wins Gopal Snacks’ Creative Mandate

Spicing up its FMCG Clientele, Scarecrow M&C Saatchi has won the creative mandate of Gopal Snacks. The full-service creative duties of the brand will be handled by the agency’s Mumbai office.

Scarecrow M&C Saatchi Wins Gopal Snacks’ Creative Mandate

Scarecrow M&C Saatchi has spiced up its FMCG clientele by winning the creative mandate of Gopal Snacks. The full-service creative duties of the brand will be handled by the agency’s Mumbai office.

Known to be the ‘fourth largest brand’ in the organised sector of ethnic savouries and world’s ‘largest gathiya manufacturer’ in terms of market share in India in FY23, and the parent company Gopal Namkeen currently has a strong market presence in states of Maharashtra, Saurashtra and MP.

Having embarked on a journey to satisfy Indian palates with Namkeen and Snacks, the brand had ‘quickly risen to prominence’ in the local Rajkot market and over time began offering a wide variety of products under the brand ‘Gopal’ including ethnic snacks, western snacks, snack pellets, fast moving consumer goods and other products such as packaged sweets across markets.

On the other hand, incepted as Scarecrow Communications 14 years back and entering into a partnership with M&C Saatchi in 2018, Scarecrow M&C Saatchi, over time has creatively managed over 150+ brands, representing a diverse range of businesses including Reliance Jewels, Viacom18’s Nickelodeon, Zee Zest, BJP, and Sony Sports Network amongst others.
