Rediffusion Brand Solutions Crafts Dabur Chyawanprash’s Immunity-Boosting Monsoon Campaign

Recognising the overdependence of people on OTC based self-medication for infections, Rediffusion Brand Solutions has come up with a monsoon-specific ad campaign for Dabur Chyawanprash. The production house behind the ad film is Bambaiyya Films.

Rediffusion Brand Solutions Crafts Dabur Chyawanprash’s Immunity-Boosting Monsoon Campaign

Health supplement brand from the house of FMCG major Dabur- Dabur Chyawanprash has launched its latest campaign, specifically ideated by Rediffusion Brand Solutions for the monsoon season.

While the agency team on Dabur Chyawanprash is led by Priyanka Magan, Vice President, Rediffusion Delhi, the production house behind the new commercial is Bambaiyya Films.

Built over decades of trust and commanding an All India market share of 63%, Dabur Chyawanprash is positioned as an immunity booster and hence the new campaign highlights the importance of a strong immune system during monsoons, when the risk of illnesses from viruses and germs in the air increases significantly, especially from people around us.

Commenting on the launch of the new ad film, Philipe Haydon, Executive Director- Healthcare, Dabur India, said, “Monsoon Season comes with increased vulnerabilities and susceptibility to catching infections. Dabur Chyawanprash is a time-tested, efficacious health supplement that helps protect from 100+ illnesses like cold, cough, flu and other common infections with its clinically tested 3x Immunity Action.”

To this, Prashant Agarwal, Marketing Head- Health Supplements and Baby Care, Dabur India, added, “During monsoons overdependence on OTC based self-medication in every household has become a trend, which sometimes leads to undesirable side effects. Our intent with this campaign, using headgear as an interesting device, is to bring about a behavioural change and shift the focus of consumers towards building inner strength and immunity to fight illnesses proactively.”

Sharing the agency’s pov on the same, Pramod Sharma, National Creative Director, Rediffusion, also mentioned, “Our campaign takes a fun and hard-hitting approach using headgear as an interesting creative device, to show how prevention by building immunity can be the best cure.”
