Netflix has appointed Raghav Raj Kodesia to its Original Films & Licensing team, further strengthening its content leadership as the streaming platform continues to expand its India-focused entertainment slate.
Kodesia announced the update via a heartfelt LinkedIn post.
Before joining Netflix, Kodesia briefly served as Head of Artists & Repertoire (A&R) at Saregama India from January 2026 to May 2026. Prior to that, he worked as Chief Operating Officer for Team India Champions, associated with World Cricket Legends (WCL) 2024 and 2025, from May 2024 to December 2025.
He was also associated with Arré as Head – Scripted Entertainment from June 2024 to May 2025. One of the most significant stints in his career came at ZEE5, where he served as Vice President – Content Development from May 2018 to April 2024, helping shape the platform’s scripted content strategy during a key growth phase for OTT in India.
Earlier, Kodesia worked at Zee Entertainment Enterprises as Business Head – Talent Commercial and Content Curation from December 2015 to May 2018. Between February 2013 and December 2015, he was Director – Business Development and Strategic Alliances at Collective Artists Network.
Apart from media and entertainment, Kodesia has also spent several years in the hospitality industry, with professional stints across Heunan Hospitality, Ginger Hotels, The Lemon Tree Hotel Company, and Hilton.
