Project Worldwide has announced two key leadership changes in its India/South Asia operations as part of its regional growth strategy. Rasheed Sait has been appointed Chief Growth Officer, India/South Asia, while Neha Lobo joins as Managing Director, GPJ India, one of the group’s flagship experiential agencies.
Sait moves into the new role after more than two decades leading GPJ India, where he helped grow it into a full-service integrated marketing agency with offices in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi. Under his leadership, the agency won recognitions like Specialist Agency of the Year and the Indira Excellence Award for his personal contribution to the experiential marketing sector.
In his new remit, he will drive expansion for Project Worldwide’s portfolio in India/South Asia including launching new entities, developing global client relationships, and scaling the region’s Center of Excellence in Bengaluru. He will continue to advise the leadership team and remain on the board of GPJ India.
Neha Lobo, who takes charge at GPJ India, brings 25+ years of experience across marketing, business development, and tech. At IBM, she built the Digital Marketing Demand Centre for APAC and served as APAC Geo Leader for Sales Development across IBM Technologies. Her background spans technology, automotive, and retail key sectors for GPJ’s experiential focus.
As MD, she will lead GPJ India’s strategic direction, client relationships, and innovation roadmap, steering the agency into its next phase of growth.
