PEP Brands Appoints Shashwat Jain As Chief Commercial Officer

PEP Brands, the parent of India’s fast-growing D2C brands mCaffeine and HYPHEN, has appointed Shashwat Jain as its Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, Shashwat will oversee full P&L ownership and drive profitability across categories, channels, and markets.

Shashwat brings 13–14 years of diverse experience spanning analytics, marketplaces, food tech, consumer tech, and gaming. He has co-founded and scaled ventures like Dangal Games and Poker Dangal, gaining first-hand experience in business building, customer acquisition, and product-led scaling.

In 2024, Shashwat joined PEP Brands as part of the CEO’s Office, contributing to strategy and execution at the leadership level. As CCO, his mandate includes commercial strategy, cost optimisation, and long-term sustainable growth for the company.

This appointment marks a significant phase for PEP Brands, with Shashwat bringing his leadership and strategic experience to drive exponential growth.
