Paytm has appointed Arjun Choudhary as its Chief Growth Officer. In his new role, he has taken responsibility for scaling product adoption, unlocking new distribution channels, and driving the next phase of consumer growth for the company’s fintech business.
Choudhary has shared the appointment on LinkedIn, where he announced that he had officially begun his journey with Paytm.
Prior to joining Paytm in July 2026, Choudhary had served as Vice President (Revenue and Growth Head – Food Delivery, Instamart and Dineout) at Swiggy from February 2024 to June 2026. Before that, he had worked at cure.fit (cult.fit) as Business and Growth (CXO) for CultSport from October 2022 to June 2023. He had earlier spent over five years at MFine as Founding Member and Chief Business Officer from February 2017 to October 2022.
Earlier in his career, Choudhary had worked at Myntra as Senior Director – Head of Growth and Revenue from May 2012 to January 2017. He had also served as a Worldwide Capacity Planning Analyst at Amazon from January 2011 to May 2012 and had started his professional journey as a Junior Manager at Ispat Industries, where he had worked from October 2009 to January 2011. Alongside his corporate career, he has also been an Angel Investor since August 2020, backing startups including TravClan, BluSmart, BaggageAI, Dimensionless, Beautywise, BusinessOnBot and Sheru.
