Nissan Motor Elevates Mohan Wilson To Director - Marketing & Corporate Strategy

After being associated with Nissan Motor for nearly two years, Mohan Wilson has taken an additional charge as Director – Marketing and Corporate Strategy. He previously served as the Director- Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience at Nissan India.

Before joining the motor vehicle manufacturing company, Wilson was associated with INFINITI Motor Company for five years. He joined the company in July 2017 as the Head of Global Cross-Car Line Product Marketing and was elevated to Head of Global Marketing Planning in April 2020.

Prior to this, Wilson was associated with Audi AG as Global Product Launch Manager between September 2014 to June 2017.

Previously, he worked with Audi India for more than seven years. While there, he held different positions within the company. He started as Manager – Marketing Communications in August 2007 to December 2008. Later, he transitioned into the role of Manager – Product and Price Planning from January 2009 to January 2011.

Later, in February 2011, he was promoted to the position of Head of Interactive Marketing (Customer Experience, Digital, Social, and Market Research) and was then elevated to the role of Head of Corporate Strategy and Managing Director’s Office in May 2013.

In 2002, he was looking after e-commerce, online campaigns, direct marketing campaigns, and online sales at AXA for almost five years. Prior to this, he held the position of trainee at Gothaer AG from August 1999 to August 2002.
