Neetika Aggarwal has joined Kinnect as Managing Partner. In her new role, she has been working closely with teams across North and West India, overseeing business growth, client partnerships, and integrated agency operations across the two regions.
Aggarwal has announced her new role through a LinkedIn update.
Prior to joining Kinnect, Aggarwal has served as Managing Partner at Leo India from April 2024 to July 2026.
Before Leo India, she worked as Executive Client Officer – Head West and South at VMLY&R from August 2023 to April 2024. There, she has managed key accounts including HUL’s beauty portfolio, ICICI Bank, Gillette, Colgate-Palmolive, Titan Skinn and Diageo.
Earlier, Aggarwal has been Head of Business and Integration Lead at Red Fuse Communications from August 2021 to August 2023.
She has also spent nearly 11 years at JWT as Executive Business Director and Vice President from October 2010 to August 2021. Before that, she has worked at TBWA India as Associate General Manager – Associate Vice President from August 2008 to September 2010.
Aggarwal has begun her career at Rediffusion DYR, where she has served as Business Head from 2004 to 2008. During this period, she has worked across the Airtel portfolio as well as LG’s consumer electronics and white goods businesses.
