It can be said that opening up a business is easy but becoming an entrepreneur is not. It takes a lot of hard work and innovation to be the latter and begin a journey of success.
One needs to have a true leadership quality to build an enterprise that not only caters to the needs of its customers but also its employees.
There are many independent organizations that conduct frequent surveys ranking all the global companies on the basis of how employee-friendly they are.
There have been stories about many leading industrialists and senior executives who have gone out of their way to connect with their employees. Whether it is understanding their grievances and ensuring that they have a healthy workspace environment.
But there is one founder that is going viral for something unique. Naukri.com owner Sanjeev Bikhchandani revealed in a tweet on Sunday that Zomato founder and CEO Deepinder Goyal delivers orders wearing the company’s trademark red t-shirt at least once a quarter and yet no one recognized him.
Just met @deepigoyal and the @zomato team. Delighted to learn that all senior managers including Deepinder don a red Zomato tee, get onto a motorcycle and spend a day delivering orders themselves at least once a quarter. Deepinder tells me that thus far nobody has recognised him

The tweet also suggested that the Zomato senior managers have been doing this for three years.
Ever since the post was shared, people have been praising Deepinder Goyal and all the other manager’s efforts. There have been many appreciation tweets.
Superb initiative , nothing like being close to the customer. Incredible insights.
Anything similar lined up for Restaurant owners ?
