L’Oréal has elevated Sanchari Biswas to Head of Media and Digital – Consumer Products Division. She will be looking after Garnier, L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline, and NYX. She took to announce the same in a LinkedIn post.
She joined the organisation in 2023 as Media and Digital Lead where she led the online and offline awareness for L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York, and NYX.
Biswas’ previous stint was with toothsi where she spent nearly three years and played a pivotal role in scaling the toothsi and Skinnsi brands from early growth to maturity. As Head of Digital Acquisition, she owned the end-to-end customer acquisition funnel, integrated data science to optimize performance, and established foundational processes for data-driven decision-making that continue to influence the company’s culture.
Prior to that, she worked with Performics India for nearly seven years, culminating in her role as Director – Performance Media. There, she led performance campaigns across verticals, building full-funnel media strategies for B2C brands.
Her earlier stints include working with Resultrix and as a Creative Media Strategist for various clients, where she honed skills in content strategy, social media, and cross-platform marketing.
