For the sixth consecutive year, LinkedIn has announced its recent list of the top companies in India that can help you grow your career.

As per the report, the data is based on seven pillars, ie., ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity, and spread of educational backgrounds.

While there are many International companies that made the list, there are many Indian companies that taking the lead.

1. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is one of the biggest The company claims that it gave promotions to over 1,10,000 employees between April and December 2021.

2. Accenture

Accenture is a Fortune Global 500 company that reported revenue of $50.53 billion in 2021. The companies working environment is better than many other IT Companies. It has over 6,00,000 employees globally.

3. Cognizant

Cognizant is a multinational IT services and consulting company that is headquartered in New Jersey, United States. The company has over 318,400 employees globally, out of which over 150,000 are in India across 10 locations

4. Infosys

Infosys is an Indian multinational information technology company that provides business consulting, information technology, and outsourcing services. Infosys had a total of 259,619 employees as of 2021, out of which 38.6% were women.

5. Capgemini

Capgemini SE is a French IT service and consulting company. With 125,000 employees based in India, the country serves as the single-largest talent hub for the firm which has a total headcount of about 270,000 globally.

6. Wipro

Wipro is another Indian multinational corporation that provides information technology, consulting, and business process services. As of recently, Wipro has a total of 278,242 employees in India.

7. IBM

IBM is an American multinational technology corporation that has an estimated 140,000 employees in India out of a total of 430,000 employees.

8. HCL Technologies

HCL Technologies is an Indian multinational information technology services and consulting company. In the fiscal year 2021, HCL had more than 197 thousand employees across the globe.

9. Larsen & Toubro

Larsen & Toubro Ltd, commonly known as L&T, is an Indian multinational conglomerate that has more than 337,994 employees globally.

10. Deloitte

Deloitte is a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries and territories around the world. As per Statista, the company employed around 345,000 people worldwide in 2021, with approximately 156,000 of those employees based in the Americas.
