Kinnect has outlined its next phase of growth with a strengthened leadership structure and a continued focus on integrated marketing solutions. The agency has reinforced its leadership team to support business expansion, operational efficiency, client partnerships, and creative development.
As part of this move, Ankit Banga has been elevated to Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role, he has been tasked with streamlining operations, strengthening delivery frameworks, and building a more agile organisational structure. The agency has stated that it has grown fourfold over the past six years and is now focusing on accelerating its growth trajectory through a stronger leadership team and delivery model.
On the creative side, Kinnect has continued to be led by Neville Shah, Chief Creative Officer (CCO), who has been overseeing the agency’s creative direction and integrated marketing approach.
Further strengthening its leadership team, Kinnect has appointed Gaurav Dudeja as Chief Business Officer (CBO). Dudeja has joined the agency from FCB Interface, where he last served as CEO. In his new role, he has been entrusted with leading business growth, client partnerships, and cross-capability integration across the organisation.
The agency has stated that it remains focused on offering integrated solutions across creative, media, influencer marketing, and technology while strengthening client partnerships and supporting long-term business growth.
Chandni Shah, CEO, Kinnect and 22feet, said, “The industry is moving away from siloed capabilities to connected systems, and that’s exactly where we see our role. Being part of Omnicom Advertising India allows us to plug into a larger ecosystem while staying true to what Kinnect has always stood for, solving real business problems through integrated thinking. This next phase is about scale, but more importantly, about relevance, building solutions that are collaborative by design and impactful by default.”
Ankit Banga, COO, Kinnect, said, “As we scale, the focus is on building systems that can handle complexity without slowing us down. It’s about creating a structure where teams can collaborate seamlessly across capabilities, and where we can deliver consistent, high-quality work at speed.”
Neville Shah, CCO, Kinnect, said, “The most interesting thing about advertising today is that audiences can spot performative marketing instantly. You can’t force relevance anymore; you have to earn it. People don’t engage with brands because they’re loud, they engage because something feels useful, culturally true, or genuinely relevant to them. Which is why integration matters more now than ever before, as a way to protect the integrity of an idea across every touchpoint. At Kinnect, we see modern marketing not as doing everything, but making everything feel connected.”
Gaurav Dudeja, CBO, Kinnect, said, “Kinnect has built strong momentum over the past few years, not just in business growth but also in its creative reputation. What stands out is how deeply the agency cares about its clients’ businesses and brings together a full-funnel stack of capabilities to drive real impact. It also feels like a strong culture fit, every interaction with Rohan, Chandni, and Neville has reflected a clear sense of direction and shared ambition. My role is to help connect the dots across teams and capabilities, so we continue to raise the bar on how we partner, how we listen, and how we deliver value.”
