Kansai Nerolac Showcases NXTGEN’s Painting Services In New DVC

Kansai Nerolac Paints (KNPL) has unveiled a digital video commercial for NXTGEN, its professional painting services offered at consumers’ doorsteps. The campaign highlights the brand’s approach to bringing high quality painting.

Developed by Rediffusion Brand Solutions and directed by Amit Satyaveer Singh, the commercial is aligned with Kansai Nerolac’s vision to push boundaries in innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions to the Indian market.

The digital commercial, launched across social media platforms is designed to reach consumers who are considering painting or repainting their homes. It emphasises how NXTGEN makes home painting Truly Painting Aasaan. Badhaye Ghar ki Shaan!

Ramkrishna Naik, Chief Marketing Officer – Decorative, Kansai Nerolac Paints, said, “Home is a deeply personal space, and painting it can feel very daunting especially while catering to the needs of various family members. NXTGEN is not just ‘another solution’ offered by us, it is a result of our endeavour of bringing a reliable and professional option to our consumers. We have innovated to deliver a PAINT+ here with our Colour Sensor that uses AI to help consumers with colour selections for their homes. Not only were we the first company in the industry to feature a completely AI generated digital campaign (for NXTGEN itself) and yet again are the first to use AI for the highest involvement part of the painting process i.e. Colour Selection.”

He added, “At Kansai Nerolac, we believe in constantly redefining our offerings, be it products or our services, with the latest technology and innovation. With NXTGEN Painting Service, we are making the process seamless and efficient. We hope to alleviate some of the issues with existing painting services and give homeowners an option for a professional painting service. It marks another milestone in our journey of innovation and leadership in the paint industry, providing customers with offerings that are as responsible as they are beautiful.”

With this ad, we crafted the story that highlights how painting services has evolved. The ad tells the story of a father who still believes painting happens the ‘old way,’ only to be surprised by NXTGEN’s new-age solutions. We found a humorous way to bring this transformation to life.”
