Global D2C multi-category gifting platform IGP has appointed Hetal Goyal as Vice President – Category.
In her new role, Goyal will oversee the company’s category strategy, merchandising, sourcing, private label development and business growth initiatives. She will also focus on strengthening IGP’s product portfolio by enhancing category selection, expanding strategic vendor partnerships, driving sourcing excellence and identifying opportunities to scale existing and new categories.
Goyal brings more than 20 years of experience across retail, e-commerce and quick commerce, with expertise in category management, merchandising, strategic sourcing, private label development and P&L management. Over the course of her career, she has developed and scaled product categories, launched private labels, built domestic and international sourcing networks, and driven profitable growth across retail businesses.
Prior to joining IGP, Goyal served as Senior Director at Zepto, where she led the company’s Zepto Cafe and Private Labels businesses. Earlier, she held leadership roles at Udaan, Primarc Pecan Retail Pvt. Ltd., Crossword Bookstores, Reliance Retail and Future Group, leading category expansion, merchandising, sourcing and customer-focused growth initiatives.
