HiveMinds has secured the integrated digital marketing mandate for select over-the-counter (OTC) and nutrition brands of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. The mandate has focused on strengthening the brands’ digital presence, supporting e-commerce growth and enhancing consumer engagement across digital channels.
Under the mandate, HiveMinds has been tasked with delivering an integrated digital strategy, including full-funnel e-commerce management across channels and creative services. The agency has also taken responsibility for supporting consumer engagement initiatives and digital commerce activities for the selected brands.
The account has been managed by HiveMinds’ Mumbai team. The agency has worked on optimising the consumer journey, improving performance metrics and delivering data-driven creative solutions across digital platforms.
