The most common reason for the case to turn yellow is its constant exposure to sunlight & heat. A polymer called silicone is used to manufacture the TPU case. With time the quality of the case degrades and turns the case color yellowish which is an irreversible phenomenon. The UV light from the sun reacts with the chemical composition, changing its color.
