Heena Motwani has been appointed as Senior Vice President – Digital Investments, Marketplaces and Partnerships for the Fulcrum business unit at WPP Media. In her new role, she has been responsible for leading digital investments, marketplace partnerships and trading initiatives, while overseeing e-commerce marketplace strategies for brand partners.
Motwani has announced the appointment through a LinkedIn post.
Prior to this appointment, Motwani has served as Senior Director – eCommerce at WPP Media from April 2025 to July 2026, where she had managed e-commerce media for The Coca-Cola Company and Dell. Before that, she had worked as Director – eCommerce at WPP Media from August 2022 to April 2025. She has now transitioned into the Senior Vice President role within the organisation, where she has been managing trading for e-commerce marketplaces for Hindustan Unilever (HUL).
Earlier, Motwani has worked as e-Commerce Lead at WOW Skin Science from September 2021 to August 2022, where she had led the P&L for the hair care, skin care and health categories across online marketplaces, managed margin negotiations, business planning, marketplace teams and e-commerce marketing initiatives.
Before joining WOW Skin Science, she served as Lead – eCommerce at Luxottica from August 2019 to September 2021, overseeing the company’s online business, P&L, sales and marketing across digital marketplaces. She has also worked at Paytm as Category Management – Online and Offline from April 2017 to August 2019, where she has managed online and offline fashion and footwear businesses, category planning, forecasting, brand partnerships, CRM, campaign management and profitability initiatives.
Motwani has also held the role of Category Management at Myntra from June 2016 to April 2017, managing P&L, buying, inventory and operations for the men’s apparel category. Earlier, she has worked at ShopClues as Business Planning and Strategy from April 2015 to June 2016, where she had driven marketplace growth, profitability initiatives, campaign planning and strategic projects. She had also completed a Management Internship at ShopClues from April 2014 to May 2014, focusing on strategy, analytics and business development.
She has started her professional career as a Software Engineer at Persistent Systems, where she had worked from September 2011 to June 2013. During her tenure, she had handled software testing, performance testing, RF planning and client communication while receiving the “You Made a Difference Award” for her performance in 2012.
