HDFC Life has elevated Pritika Shah to EVP and Head – Marketing and CSR. She was previously the Senior Vice President – Marketing and CRM at the company. She announced her elevation in a LinkedIn post.
Shah has been with HDFC Life for 11 years, where she has held positions such as Vice President – Marketing and AVP Marketing – Brand and Research Lead.
Having experience of about 24 years in the marketing industry, Shah began her professional journey as a Marketing Executive at Pizza Hut, where she gained early exposure to brand marketing in the fast-paced food and beverage industry.
Following that, she moved to Dabur India, where she took on the role of Brand Manager. At Dabur, she was responsible for managing and growing key consumer brands, applying her strategic thinking to strengthen market share in the competitive FMCG space.
Shah then transitioned to the financial services sector with GE Money, where she worked as a Product Manager. This role marked a shift towards more data-driven marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and product lifecycle management.
Her next career move was to Bharti AXA Life Insurance, where she served as Vice President – Brand and Communication. At Bharti AXA, she led branding initiatives, enhanced customer outreach, and contributed to building the insurer’s identity in a crowded market.
