Havas Worldwide India Bolsters Creative Team With Four New Executive Creative Directors

Strengthening the creative team of Havas Worldwide India, Havas India has onboarded McCann Worldgroup’s Ajitesh Verma, Leo Burnett’s Monish Gupta, Dentsu Creative’s Neharika Awal and Cheil India’s Arjun Jetly as its new Executive Creative Directors. Based out of Gurugram, all four will report to Anupama Ramaswamy, Chief Creative Officer, Havas Worldwide India.

Havas Worldwide India, the creative agency of Havas India, has strengthened its creative team with the appointment of Arjun Jetly, Neharika Awal, Ajitesh Verma, and Monish Gupta as Executive Creative Directors.

Based out of Gurugram, all four will report to Anupama Ramaswamy, Chief Creative Officer of Havas Worldwide India, and will be responsible for further strengthening the creative offering of the agency.

Reuniting with the creative agency of Havas India, Jetly was associated with Cheil for a short period after calling it a day at Havas Worldwide India. His earlier stint at the agency began with him coming aboard as Creative Director in November 2017 and then being elevated to the role of Senior Creative Director in September 2020. Prior to that, he worked with The Glitch, Kulture Shop and Pinstorm.

Awal joins Havas Worldwide India following an 8-year stint in Dentsu wherein she served across various roles including Senior Creative Director, Group Creative Director and Executive Creative Director. Prior to Dentsu, she also worked at Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy and DDB Mudra.

Similarly, before joining Havas Worldwide India, Verma was also associated with McCann Worldgroup for the last more than a year’s time as Senior Creative Director. Prior to that, he worked with Wunderman Thompson (now VML India), BBDO India, Leo Burnett, J Walter Thomspon Worldwide and AMO Communications.

Prior to assuming the role of ECD at Havas Worldwide India, Gupta was associated with Leo Burnett for the past one year. Before that, he was with Dentsu Creative, Cheil, Wieden+ Kennedy, J Walter Thompson, Lowe and Partners Worldwide, Dentsu Marcom and RMG David.

Speaking about the appointments, Anupama Ramaswamy, Chief Creative Officer, Havas Worldwide India, said, “Now is the time for our work to shine.
