Havas Launches CSA In India & Merges It With PivotConsult To Form HMNI’s Data & tech Brand

Bolstering its capabilities in technology, data, and analytics, Havas has now launched its global offering CSA in India. The same will merge with PivotConsult to form Havas Media Network India’s data and tech brand to empower brands with meaningful activation of customer data and drive business growth.

In a strategic move to enhance its data-driven marketing prowess, Havas India has now launched its global technology, data, and analytics division- CSA in India with the ambition to empower brands in meaningfully activating customer data and drive business growth.

That being said, to solidify the agency’s data and tech capabilities, HMNI has also merged CSA India with PivotConsult, the strategic consulting arm of PivotRoots, which is currently a 55-member team and works with marquee clients like Kotak Bank, Bisleri, Wildcraft, Coca-Cola, and Samsung among others.

As per Havas India, CSA’s entrance into the Indian marketing landscape harnesses a deep understanding of clients’ business challenges, combining global expertise and local insights to provide a holistic view of marketing performance.

The network agency, in its press note, mentioned, “CSA’s comprehensive product suite offers adaptability across diverse markets, helping clients at different stages of data maturity maximize their return on investment. CSA’s core offerings include:

  • CSA Tech: A suite of digital tools and services that drive automation, data consolidation, and digital transformation.
  • CSA Science: Proprietary tools and capabilities that place measurement at the center of clients’ marketing efforts.
  • CSA Consult: Access to a global network of experts, providing clients with strategic insights to accelerate growth,”

With this development in place, HMNI has also appointed Gaurav Seth as Managing Partner of CSA India. Based out of Mumbai, he will be responsible for leading CSA India’s operations and will report to Shibu Shivanandan, CEO and Founder, PivotRoots.

Joining HMNI after an eight years long stint with global data management product company, Lotame, he was responsible for building the business in India from scratch, leading it to become one of the most recognised data management platform and exchange in India.

Bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the digital advertising industry, Seth has worked exclusively on data led marketing solutions for the last 15 years and has led more than 300 projects for ad networks, agencies, and product companies.

Moreover, with his experience in working with marketers as well as publishers, agencies and advertising technology companies, he has a comprehensive understanding of the complete marketing ecosystem.
