Flam has appointed Arun Kumar Rajendran as its AVP of Marketing, marking a key addition to the AI infrastructure startup’s leadership team. He has taken charge of steering performance strategy and growth initiatives while strengthening the company’s presence across Indian and global markets.
He has also overseen cross-functional alignment across sales, product and analytics, building a unified growth engine focused on consistency, measurement and long-term outcomes. The potential in this space is immense, and Flam is uniquely positioned to lead it. I’m excited to strengthen our marketing engine with sharper execution, deeper systems, and a focus on measurable, sustained growth as we unlock this next chapter of opportunity.”
